INTRODUCTION

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all bookings, tickets, birthday party packages, passes, and services purchased from Inflatable Giant Kids Park and Party World FZ-LLC (the “Company”). By completing a booking, you agree to this Policy.

GENERAL ADMISSION BOOKINGS

All general admission tickets are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be permitted if requested at least 24 hours prior to the booked session and is subject to availability. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for refund or rescheduling. Late arrival does not extend session time and no refund shall be granted.

BIRTHDAY PARTY BOOKINGS

All deposits are strictly non-refundable. Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the event may be eligible for one rescheduling (subject to availability). Cancellations less than 7 days prior are not eligible for refund or rescheduling. Final confirmed guest numbers are binding and reductions do not qualify for partial refunds.

ANNUAL PASS & 6 MONTH PASS

All pass purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Passes cannot be paused, extended, or transferred. No refunds will be issued for unused or partially used passes.

CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY

The Company reserves the right to cancel or suspend operations due to safety concerns, maintenance, government directives, or force majeure events. Rescheduling may be offered at management discretion. Monetary refunds are not guaranteed.

FORCE MAJEURE

The Company shall not be liable for disruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including government restrictions, natural disasters, public health emergencies, or utility failures. Refunds are not guaranteed in such cases.

REFUND APPROVAL

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider. Management decisions are final.

GOVERNING LAW

This Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and disputes are subject to the Courts of Dubai.
