IMPORTANT NOTICE

These Terms and Conditions contain legally binding provisions including exclusions of liability, limitations of claims, and waivers of rights. By purchasing a ticket, making a booking, entering the premises, or participating in any activity at Inflatable Giant Kids Park and Party World FZ-LLC (the “Company”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. GENERAL TERMS

These Terms apply to all services including general admission, online bookings, birthday parties, field trips, corporate events, private events, Annual Passes, 6 Month Passes, café purchases, and all ancillary services. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without notice.

2. BOOKINGS & ENTRY CONDITIONS

Bookings are confirmed only upon full payment and confirmation issuance. Participants must arrive at least 15 minutes before their session. Late arrival may result in reduced playtime without refund. Minimum height requirement: 94 cm. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are considered weekend days.

3. FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY

Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited, except baby food and infant milk. The possession, consumption, or distribution of chewing gum, alcohol, narcotics, controlled substances, vaping products, or smoking of any kind within the facility is strictly forbidden. Violation may result in immediate removal without refund and possible referral to authorities.

4. SAFETY & PARTICIPATION

Participation involves inherent risks including serious injury or death. All participants must sign a waiver and follow safety instructions at all times. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals where reasonably necessary for safety, operational integrity, or rule compliance. All decisions shall be based on fair, reasonable, and justified grounds and shall be final.

5. SUPERVISION

Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult (18+) present in the facility. Children aged 5 and under must be directly supervised at all times. Staff do not provide individual supervision.

6. PRICING & PAYMENT

Full payment is required at booking. Maximum play time per day for pass holders: 3 hours.

7. BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Deposits are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. Rescheduling may be permitted subject to availability.

8. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Refunds are not guaranteed except under exceptional circumstances approved by management. Incases beyond the Company’s control, playtime may be rescheduled at management discretion; however, monetary refunds are not guaranteed.

9. ANNUAL PASS

Valid 365 days from purchase. Non-transferable. Maximum 3 hours per day. 5 pairs of socks provided per month while active. Valid only at location of purchase.

10. 6 MONTH PASS

Valid 6 months from purchase. Non-transferable. Maximum 3 hours per day. 5 pairs of socks provided per month while active. Valid only at location of purchase.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company shall not be liable for loss, theft, property damage, or injury except as required under UAE law. Liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the booking.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.
